General Conditions
1. Subject of the contract
- 1.1 Under the VoipTel International brand, VoipTel International SA offers telephony services to natural and legal persons. These general conditions rules the relationship between VoipTel International and VoipTel International customer, provided no other written agreements have been concluded.
2. Beginning, duration and end of the contract
- 2.1 The contract of telephony service with the customer is concluded with the shipment of the activation card to customer's electronic mail address.
- 2.2 The services "Phone numbers", "Support contract", "Easy-VoipTel", "Web-Hosting VoipTel" and "DSL-VoipTel" are intendend to last one (1) year, with implicit renewal.
- 2.3 All services, each side can withdraw the contract giving news by electronic mail or mail, with a three (3) months notification time.
- 2.4 VoipTel International reserves the right to stop immediately the services offered when the customer behaviour does not conform to morals.
3. Services and obligations of VoipTel International
- 3.1 VoipTel International offers services based on available resources and actual state of technology. Furthemore VoipTel International can't be responsible for any secondary damage caused by unpredictable factors like connection interruption, force majeure, change in suppliers' services, etc...
- 3.2 Formally the services are available to che customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Provided there is no other agreements or these services cannot be executed because of technical issues.
- 3.3 The possible call number provided to the customer reamins property of VoipTel International, and the customer has not property and use rights.
- 3.4 The actual rates for comunication services can be consulted on the internet website www.swissvoiptel.ch. Changes to rates does not need any written comunication. Improvements in service offer, without cost changes, can be made by VoipTel International in every moment.
- 3.5 VoipTel International will not share personal infromation of the customer with third parties. Every personal data will be handled with discretion. Transaction data are registered, and if necessary will be transmitted to parties implied in the transactions.
4. Customer obligations
- 4.1 The customer is obliged to provide his correct address and to notify its possible change in two (2) weeks.
- 4.2 The customer is obliged to use VoipTel international services in respect to Switzerland laws and recognized Internet standards.
- 4.3 In the case a customer will not adhere to these rules, VoipTel International will excercise the right to remove the account of the customer in every moment, without further notice.
5. Rates and payment conditions
- 5.1 The rates can be consulted on the website at any time. Changing rates do not require any written notification.
- 5.2 Payment conditions are written on te invoices. Usually the payment need to be done within 10 days after its emission.
6. Final dispositions
- 6.1 These general conditions rules rights and obligations between VoipTel International and the customers.
- 6.2 Possible modifications and addictions to the contract of service requires a written form, published on this website: www.swissvoiptel.ch
- 6.3 The competent court is Lugan. This contract is subjected to Swiss laws.
